Changed your Mind?

Buyers are allow to request order/purchase cancellation at any time before shipment and would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A 3% refund processing fee will be charged if there were payments done via Online Banking. Once shipped, order/purchase will be subjected to the following return policy.

Buyers are allow to request order/purchase return at any time within 3 days from the date of receipt on a case-by-case basis. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. TYCHE will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 2-5 days after the confirmation.

 

Damaged Product

If the products are found to have any shortage or damage, please notify us within the next 3 days(72 hours) upon receiving in order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return costs shall be responsible by the party attributable to the return request, such as:

  • Buyer's reponsible, where the return is due to his/her change of mind.
  • Seller's responsible, where the return is due to the defects in the item, delivery delay or delivery of the wrong or different item.
